We have a MaltiPoo/Shih tzu that has been terrified to be groomed. We were turned away the last time we tried before... we moved to Plano. The website gave me hope that we found a nice place to take Gracie, and the groomer asked that she not be tranquilized because she knew sometimes the dogs don't breathe easily while sedated. I was amazed and thrilled when we picked up our newly groomed Gracie! This is a lovely place for a little dog or cat to be! BEFORE AND AFTER!read more

We didnt want Apollo to lose his puppy look just yet and Jess did a great job maintaining that look, but still trimming... him up. He was only there a short time and it was a quick in and out.read more

We've taken our dog to many places for boarding (vets, Rover boarding, etc) but she's always seemed super stressed... after staying. Since taking her to Country Comfort, she has always seemed way less stressed, even after having extended stays. Staff seems friendly, caring, and attentive to our pups needs, and we would recommend them for anyone. The outdoor, natural grass play area is a huge plus.read more

My dogs boarded here for the first time and I was pleased. Staff handled my dogs with patience and kindness when we... dropped them off and that put us at ease. When I picked them up, I could see them before they could see me and they were relaxed and content. The room they were in was clean. I would use Country Comfort Boarding again.read more

I just had Jess groom my Cavalier/poodle and she did a great job! Sophie was very much at ease with her which helped... leaving her there for the first time. We have been very happy with our experiences at Country Comfort Boarding. The staff seems to love our lab and she... always seem happy when we pick her up. Raven is always clean, smells good and her bedding is always washed and ready to go when we pick her up. I would highly recommend Country Comfort. They are great responding to our calls to make reservations and we love their confirmation emails and other correspondence. Thank you staff at Country Comfort!read more

Jess is excellent at her job. I had to cancel my dog Hanks scheduled appointment due to snow and icing on roadways. I... called and spoke with Jess on the phone who said she would reschedule Hanks grooming appointment for the next day even after advising me it was her day off. My wife and I are so happy we found Country Comfort and Hank is so happy every time he comes home from grooming. I would highly recommend to anyone and point out that they contact Jess. Great place to take your dog, their facility is very nice, the setup is amazing, I've been to other kennels and they... just don't compare to this one in my opinion. Also my dog was groomed when I got back from vacation and the best part, this kennel is affordable and has really great service.read more
